Tim Hortons - Kemptville

The supervisor I spoke with today is an exceptionally capable woman, possessing a wonderful mix of friendliness, firmness, and fairness. She quickly and effectively addressed the team’s questions and noticed a customer who needed assistance while others were preoccupied with their tasks. Additionally, there was a safety-conscious gentleman who cheerfully and loudly announced “hot tray” whenever it was necessary, which added to the safe environment. I give this place 5 stars for its outstanding crew and extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the employees I encountered this morning. Remember, you're not just serving coffee and doughnuts; you're helping to start the day right for many Canadians. Thank you!

You won't believe how incredible the food was! We tried a sampler plate featuring pulled pork, brisket, and ribs, and everything was absolutely delicious. My husband opted for a burger with onion rings, which he loved as well. Everything was top-notch! We also appreciated that our waitress spoke English. The atmosphere, decor, and view of Gatineau were fantastic too!

I only go to Tim Hortons when McDonald's is out of power. This location is about as good as Tim Hortons gets, which isn't saying much. If you find yourself in Kemptville and want to visit Timmies, this is the place to go.

Food is always just what I ordered and the coffee 8s hot and as I ordered and the staff are fast and friendly
