Przekaż informację zwrotnąIn an industrial area at the rande of kempten, in the midst of a low budget hotels is the cooking school and restaurant of sternekoch christian henze. we were invited by friends who wanted to surprise us with a tapas evening. arrived in the first floor we were led over a narrow spiral staircase from the showkitchen to the restaurant. arrived there we were very friendly to the table. then the evening took his run. the white wine had the temperature of a red wine, the tapas were indeed very high on top of the description, but tastefully rather flat and drink. the water had the same temperature as the white wine. the ordered ice cubes for white wine and the lukewarm water took 15 minutes, despite 2 occupied tables. the vegetarian tapas pre-ordered during the reservation were forgotten, so the kitchen reacted quickly, but nevertheless the served was very inconvenient and taste-neutral. so we slowly passed the mood of the pleasure evening, followed by the service staff who looked at our special requests rather than harassment. probably our expectations were too high on the tapas evening. Moreover, the ambiente of the dining room had reminded us more of a hotel restaurant with a lot of decoration-fucking snack. so simply a taste! in any case nothing for us big city people. Despite the low price of 39€ per person for the tapas menu, the away from the mouth was worth it.
I was there for a cooking class. it has made totally fun and the combi between cooking, eating together, cooking etc. was very entertaining. great what we created together with tasty!
After having been with my family in the country house several years ago, more or less accidentally came to the search for a pre-Eastern restaurant in the vicinity of the tapas evening in the cooking school christian henze. from the outside, the restaurant does not make much of it because it is located in an industrial area and shares the entrance with a small hotel. inside then you get to the dining room via a small staircase past the kitchen. here you sit on a few tables with sufficient space in a very open atmosphere. the view can be disproportionately over flowering meadows. after the very friendly reception by the chef, this is already another plus point. the service is extremely courteous and white about the offered dips also decide. the tabas evening itself then runs so that all guests get a tapas menu served. each gang consists of 3 small tapas. with us a total of 6 courses were completed plus a lush amuse gueule. Among the foods themselves are offered on the card 3 weine at an extremely reasonable price. it must be mentioned that the tapas menu for 39 € from my own is an absolute bargain. short and good we enjoyed the evening in the family very much. it was an extremely pleasant atmosphere where the small delicacies were served. If the pure Spanish cuisine is of interest for this evening, it must be pointed out that these tapas are more to be translated as small delicacies and often cannot be found in Spain. Nevertheless, both the compilation of the tapas from my own has been extremely successful. there was no single one here, which would not have been offered appealing to either the eye or the gloom. at first one is a little shocked that the small rags might not satisfy the good appetit of the youngest sohne, but at the end of the evening one is very well saturated (also he). the tapas evenings will take place every 2nd Thursday instead of changing with an Asian menu offer. the dates for this can be read out from the internet. Overall, I can say that I will very much like to look back at the restaurant. the tapasabend made me very curious, so the other offers would like to taste. very positiw was for me also the view into the kitchen, in which a very young dynamic and extremely friendly crew swirled and enchanted. the chef himself was not there, but from my own, no performance in the kitchen has led. Overall, it was a very nice evening, for which I would like to thank all those involved again on this path.

I have to write this as the first one! I went to a cooking class in this location. but we all did not cook! for there was the best flesh in the world, and that will be fried. were cooked only a few supplements. has christian, we have quickly peeled sweet potatoes and brazed, the rest he or his crew has made. luca, big class.It was more a meat tasting what came out of it than a cooking class. WOW.What we did? each has a piece of meat spiced and roasted. then go to the oven. then everyone has made his own tartar and eaten as an appetizer. meat list: looks the pictures anchristian is super nice and luca has on every piece meat a watch eye.The appetizer and the first floor were eaten in the restaurant. the meat right in front of the ovens.
