Very poor service. 30 minutes wait for Beans on toast at breakfast when they had the buffet on... Vegetarian sausages that look burnt to a crisp and didn't come out till everyone had finished . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing to say the least. From when we arrived and there was an issue with our booking which the person seating us had no clue how to deal with, to the service which was absolutely atrocious, only two people taking orders, one of which was only half available as she's was dealing with app orders as well, when she was back it was pot luck as to who got served first, never mind who had been waiting the longest! The crumbed mushrooms were soggy and the batter fell off, the mixed grill was grey and tasteless, the BEEF and ale pie was beefless and the gravy was like glue! Definitely won't be going back.
