Don't waste your time and money. Unless, rude and extremely hostile service and far below average food at exorbitant prices is your thing, then this is your place. My friends were absolutely horrified by the aggressive, inept customer service staff and the terrible food we had paid ALOT for. It wasn't disappointing. I was already in Kempsey Thai and I guess it's a question who's cooking during the 5 whole days a week that they're open because best, it's hit and miss. We had to wait an hour for a meal that was not disgusting. Watery sauce, rock hard, literally impossible to eat entree and tasteless rice, just to name a few. It's like they never heard of the season. Or technology. Or taste. Limited menu, seemingly inflexible chefs according to the unprofessional and incredibly repulsive customer service employees (which obviously do not understand the meaning of the service, incorrectly advertised menu items, very limited opening hours and terrible customer service to say the least. Besides, we all felt sick after dinner. Seriously, do yourself, your loved ones and your wallet a favor. Don't worry.

Your website says they are open until 9:30. They're not. They were already closed at 8:10 on Friday night. Maybe it was a quiet night, but we planned our evening on their website.

The restaurant is very clean, the staff is friendly. Excellent service. Love that the food is cooked as you order, so it is beautifully fresh. I ordered a prawn omelet, although it was delicious that it could have added a sauce. My favorite is the Padthai the Laksa soup. The mixed noble vegies have a nice taste, but I found the sauce too watery. General food.

We're locals who bought from here before, but tonight the food was really poor. I have eaten Thai Fried Rice all through Thailand Australia, but today it was almost nothing but rice a little cabbage. $6 or $7 worth, not $15.90. The Stir Fried Cashew was passable except that there was hardly any cashew. The food here is in order in the past, so I hope they will raise their standard again.

We just had a great takeaway meal. We ordered a couple of entrees and a couple of curries and a noodle dish and rice. All the dishes tasted authentic and fresh. The curries had flavour and a bit of heat. The noodles were very tasty...and spicy. Will be going back soon.
