This is a lovely spot to grab a seat in the sun and enjoy a great tasting coffee. Comfortable tables and chairs, both in the sun or shade. Watch the world pass you by while relaxing and grabbing a light meal. Top spot.

Cruising into Kempsey you are confronted with the usual suspects - chain brand outlets everywhere, drive-through etc.But wait, what was that we saw on the left "salads"...We park the car about 500 metres down the road and walk back. It looks 'interesting' so we venture in. The freshest foods are presented in their glass showcase, quiches seem to be the speciality. We enjoy our lunch -'wow' that was good!Certainly worth looking out for if fresh, unprocessed food is on your radar!

Love this little gem. Every time we pass through Kempsey we grab a healthy lunch and sit down here. Gluten free options and just delicious fresh food.

They sell the artisanal "flying Fox" ice blocks for $3.75 made i Murwillimbah or Mullimbimby Sometimes they have good salads and vegetarian quiches and slices and sometimes they don't

I love this cafe. It sells organic coffee, many healthy options for lunch including gluten free which i have to eat.. Its value for money and the service is great!
