Richmond Park Grill - Kelseyville

The 2nd and last time here for me. Stopped here Labor Day on a motorcycle ride as they're supposedly under new ownership. Same gouging as before though as a 16 oz. beer was 9 and they said it was because of the live entertainment, which was one guy playing guitar to some backing tracks, and he even had a tip jar out. I would expect a local band to be playing for 9 a beer. The place wasn't even that busy and it took forever to get that 9 beer. To put a food order in here would be totally asinine. I had one beer and left, and will never be back. If this place wasn't on the lake, I'm sure that they wouldn't even be in business. Be suspect of the 5 star ratings that don't have explanations or details. Save your time and and go somewhere else.

We decided to give Richmond Park Bar & Grill another try. We had visited earlier in the year and had to wait 2 hours for our food, despite there only being about 20 people in the restaurant. This time, we ordered the Philly Melt, but were disappointed to find it was filled with thinly sliced beef full of gristle and lacking in flavor. The sandwich was dry and tasteless, priced at $16. On the bright side, the Bloody Mary we ordered was excellent. We hope the restaurant can improve the quality of their food in the future. Service: Dine-in.

During our vacation, we had a great time dining at this restaurant that easily accommodated our large group. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We enjoyed a brunch meal at a reasonable price of $10-20 per person. The atmosphere was welcoming and there was ample parking available in a free parking lot. Overall, a fantastic experience.
