Zabb Thai Restaurant Rutland - Kelowna

Very disappointed! I have put a simple order to have raw bean sprouts on the side because they are pregnant. rohe bohnensprossen can carry listeria and be very dangerous for the baby. zabb rejected my simple request. now zabb, sad for you, now you have lost my $60.00 order and my money has gone to basil leaf.

The food was great, the young lady who took our payment was nice, but we obviously have the lady who brought out our food as not even a recognition. probably something to do with the fact that we ordered late the day (20 minutes before closing!) still delicious food.

We order from here all the time. Everything on the menu is delicious!Just do it. You know you want to.

This was my first time ordering from Zab after wanting to order for about a year and not really having confident in them but I went ahead and did it anyways I was very Thorough in explaining what I wanted I did have mods on my pad Thai chicken with shrimp explicitly said no onion no peppers and yet found peppers in my pad Thai which make me not feel the best I did call and they did offer to make a new one but it’s extremely inconvenient when you live approximately 25 minutes away from the location and they won’t send one to you so you have to waste about an hour of your time to go back and get a new order overall taste is good but directions are not the best of being followed other than that I would order it againAnd I will add Sam the server was extremely polite on the phone so kudos to her

Love Zabb food and it has never gone wrong but seriously folks you need to get more accurate about the wait times. I understand there is a lot of take out these days, which is exactly why I don’t want to sit in the resto for 40 minutes waiting for the order.
