Triple O's Chevron Kelowna

As soon as I walked in, there were two other people waiting in line for their food and no other customers. They shuffled to the side so I could order. One of the staff saw me waiting at the counter with a smile on my face. She didn 't acknowledge me and continued waiting for the other customers food. Waited a few more minutes. She finished packing up the other customers order, gave it to them and walked right in front of me without even looking at me and went to the back. At the same time there was another staff member who was clearly on break. They finished their break and walked up to the counter, gave me a slight glance, put a headset on and walked away. At this point I waited for another two minutes and left. I stood at the counter for nearly ten minutes like a complete idiot without a single hello or even acknowledgement that I existed from two separate female employees. So I took my business elsewhere. Far from impressed and I don 't plan on going back again. I 'm a patient person but I think this is ridiculous.

Good food, great service. Always a treat to go somewhere where you're remembered and treated well. Love their Sunny Starts and mushroom burgers. Great choice of sides. That's why I keep going back!!?

Better than I expected! This is a fast food place in a gas station, so don't expect anything else. In that context the food was pretty good and the team working in this particular store were very friendly and accommodating. Also for EV drivers they offer a 15% discount to eat while you charge at the very fast chargers that are steps away!Vegetarian options: They have traditional veggie burger and also impossible burger.

Time of closing is 10pm. Showed up at 9:40pm and got turned away due to closing....... If you promote a time your open till SELL FOOD TO CUSTOMERS UNTIL THAT POSTED TIME. 5 stars
