Tim Hortons - Kelowna

They forgot to add mayo to all of our Bagel BELTs, and then they overcompensated by slathering on way too much mayo. It was a total disaster—0/10 for the mayo experience!

Horrible and disrespectful customer service! I ordered a meal with an iced cappuccino instead of coffee, but the machine was broken. I was okay with that and simply requested a refund. However, they offered me just three dollars in change, which doesn’t even cover the cost of the iced cappuccino—essentially making me lose money. To make matters worse, the sandwich was poorly made as well, leaving me with no positives to mention. I strongly advise against supporting this Tim Hortons.

This is the dirtiest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. There were empty, dirty tables everywhere, and neither the men's nor women's restroom had any toilet paper. On a positive note, the staff at the counter who were serving food were very friendly.

In the morning, this is the quickest spot I've been to throughout all of Canada.

To start this favorable review, I want to point out the lovely lighting in the restaurant, which highlighted the delightful shapes of the donuts perfectly. The ambiance was quite modern. The service was prompt, although I was a bit disappointed not to receive a receipt. Additionally, the temperature of the hot chocolate was inconsistent, which was a bit bothersome. Despite these minor issues, I had a mostly enjoyable experience—perhaps it would be more accurate to describe it as satisfactory.
