Przekaż informację zwrotnąMy food never showed up and when i called about my order the manager Richard was very rude and just kept making excuses over and over again...the delivery person never buzzed my apartment 404 and i have been living here for 12 years...all he kept doing wasmaking more and more excuses...i have been receiving orders for almost 12 years and now all of sudden i have to leave a buzzcode when i never needed one before...he told me he would not deliver my food because i was angry about how he acted...and hisattitude was that he could careless about how i felt...i told him the customer is right and he said i am not right atall...every order i have had delivered from papa johns in the past was done thorough the buzzer number...i have always had myorder delivered with no issues using my buzzer number...mistakes can happen but it is the attitude of the manager richard thatis disgusting and gross...Richard does not act very professionally and he never apologized at all...Richard continued to blameme and accuse me of being in the wrong...i have ever experienced a manager so rude and disrespectful EVER...Richard should notbe a manager by the way he acts...Richard should have just had my order redelivered and apologized but instead i was verballyassaulted and disrespected by papa johns manager...i am very disgusted by the way he acted
Great experience. Their was a slight mix up with my order and Jonathan made sure i left woth it correctly thanks for a good experience
They got my delivery wrong; gave me someone else's order. When I called and spoke to a manager, he said getting the proper order will take 1 hour+, so he suggested that I take an account credit. Two weeks later I called, and the manager who picked up (alady with an accent) claimed there's no such credit on my account. Reading the reviews here, it seems like I am not the onlyperson victimized by this tactic. SHADY SHADY SHADY joint. I wouldn't trust these kinds of people with FOOD let alone anythingelse. Will never patronize this joint again.
I have 5 items ordered and they missed 1 of my order cost me 9$. As soon I paid my delivery i check my order and missing 1. So i phoned them right away and nobody answer my call. So the next day i phoned and they transfer to the manager. Then the managertold me if they will deliver my missing item I have to pay again for a deliver charge. Like what the hell it's not my fault whyshould I pay again for delivery charge and they didn't return my money back too. Since then I'm not happy there serviceanymore. It's not costumer fault missing the order then why should I'm the one suffer for that.
Ordered a couple pizzas and an order of wings. Pizza was okay, tasted very chain like but passable. The wings which were supposed to be mild, looked like someone had boiled them and then tossed them in a little mild hot sauce. They were white incolor, no crispiness at all. They were cooked but looked so unappealing I re-cooked them in the oven. Who serves food thatlooks like that? They were pretty pricey in the first place. Will not go back as there are plenty of pizza places in Kelownathat care about what they serve.
