McDonald's - Kelowna

Absolutely horrible and doesn't even deserve a one star rating. If anything the service and quality of food should be given a negative 10.We purchased meals for a family of 6 after showing up at 10:40pm to find the doors locked. Inside the location there appeared to be a gathering of approximately 15 people with staff joining. The locations door said it closed at 11pm and should have been open. It seemed as though they had closed early for a family function. The food we received through the drive thru was cold and disgusting. As we had children that we needed to get home we decided to contact the restaurant via phone. The phone call was not answered until the following day inwhich the manager rectified the situation by offering us 5 free meals without mentioning an expiration date. We went to receive our meals a couple weeks later and they informed us that we were expected too pick the meals up the following bad which was not the case. The staff member was rude and unwilling to communicate. We will never visit this establishment again due to this situation.

The food is great on point the drive through is fast and the dining room closes at 11pm and after that you can only use the drive through until the morning

Clean environment. Personable and efficient staff. Okay food for an ok price. It's fast food so I am not expecting fine dining. Also got a little squishmallow in a cute box.

Very rude staff. Usually order a happy meal wherein the drink is substituted by a small sized fruit splash for the kids. I have bought that at all other locations. I calmed explained to the staff that it’s not a new order and I have bought at the other location even at the Hollywood location this morning. The lady literally told me that they can’t make that and if I don’t choose the other option, I could go buy at the other location and they would not serve me.Due to my kiddo being very hungry, crying and upset about the order, I opted to buy what was being offered.I definitely would not be returning here as the staff are not friendly and rude to customers. Despite my explanation, they were not interested in providing a solution.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.

I ordered on their site, and the order was confirmed. Get another alert order ready for pick up. So I leave work drive to the McDonald 's wait at the drive-through. 2 workers come outside and say we aren 't taking orders, so I told them I ordered online, and it said its ready. They just said sorry you have to leave, we have an issue. You can just cancel the order . Then just left. I understand they may have had an issue with a group out front, but if that was the case, if they were worried, why would you come outside. Was just frustrating to get no real explanation.
