Infusions - Kelowna

Enjoyed the Friday Buffet prepared by the students. The butternut squash soup was delicious. Cold table included oysters, salmon, shrimp, parma ham, nice salads and some sushi. It was all tasty. At the hot table we enjoyed some duck infused resotto, curried pear, and a very nice baked salmon. We tried ribs and pork but these were very tough and had no flavor. A nice variety of deserts were on offer.

Stopped in for lunch and had seafood risotto and the daily special of polenta, scallops, prawns all for 20 dollars. Pricing is the best in Kelowna and the service is quick. The only reason for a 4 is that they only serve lunch for 90 minutes. Makes it tight to visit. Love supporting the students

Accommodated 11 of us and the students and staff put another outstanding service together. This time around I would recommend the hummus, chicken, and either the torte or the brûlée for dessert. Always a wonderful meal.

Had lunch at Infusions with two friends and our kids. Great value for our money! Good food (prepared by Culinary Arts students) and good service too. Will certainly go back!

4 students and their teacher did a great job for the 10 of us. We had our Christmas party/dinner and I enjoyed it all. Very reasonable pricing and the students did fantastic. Disappointed that the menu has been cut back and the days the serve are now only Thursday and Friday but well worth going still.
