Eating was great table service for drinks is perfect

After having a booking for 10 people they had us on 2 seperate tables partly in the rain. When i asked for a new table they kept telling me they were booked. I reserved a table aswell. They finally gave us a decent table after about 20 minutes. Then we ordered food and They didn't deliver my food to the table and by the time they told me to come and collect it it was cold. And there was no offer to make it again. Even after I pointed out it was cold. Dreadful.

Booked a table inside bistro near TV screen with friends to watch the footy , then called to confirm the location was near a TVScreen (confirmed) as requested to booking but arrive table was not near a TV screen and table was outside seriously why book they don't listen... Meals were nice .

Waited 3 hours for food, for it to have been microwaved up and clearly knew as the sauce was hot but the chicken was freezing cold. The steak was over cooked and thrown on a plate. After waiting 3 hours for food went to ask a staff member where it was and her response was it’s an hour wait! We booked a table for 16 people but when we arrived they had the booking but no table so we all had to sit at seperate tables. I will never return. Over priced pand **** food and service

The Go Fooding menu looked good on paper but in reality, it was very mediocre in terms of its execution. Firstly, the staff seemed very confused and uncertain about the Go Fooding promo and thus began the long periods of waiting. The manager had to come and take our order and even then, she seemed very uncertain about this promo. The crispy prawn and chicken skewers for the entrees were nice. This was probably the best out of the 3 courses! The roasted beef seemed like a steak but was dry and overcooked. The chicken parmi had a soggy batter and the chips were under-seasoned. The apple crumble for dessert was NOT at all a crumble but more like an under-baked mess. It was pretty bad. The chocolate brownie wasn't great either. It didn't have a particularly brownie-like texture but more like a loose-ish cake. I can make a better brownie than that. On top of that, we had very long waiting periods between each courses to the point where we had to ask for our food! All in all, we wouldn't return despite the nice offering Go Fooding had.
