This was our second visit to this restaurant and just like the first time, we had a great time. The staff is fantastic and very friendly, and the food is excellent. I was very happy with my dish. Room number 1 was delightful - thank you so much! Our group of 10 friends all love this hotel and we will definitely be returning again.
The food at this restaurant is incredible. Every visit seems to exceed the last. As mentioned in my previous review, the steak on a stone and the creamy chicken cajun pasta are highly recommended. They are both delicious!
Non greasy fry. All local ingredients and highlight was both white and black pudding. Good staff plenty of toast and tea. Excellent breakfast
I am writing this for my neighbours. They were very disappointed because they had generally enjoyed the venue for coziness and good times. However the good times have finished. There were a lack of waiting staff and they had to procure a menu themselves. They ordered off the menu but were told it was the wrong menu after a 10 minute period.. Why is the wrong menu at hand? Ordered lamb, the food was Luke warm and no condiments offered, ie mint sauce. The staff were not busy at the time they ordered, but could not get the attention of the staff. They feel that the staff have taken the customers for granted. They feel that the staff require more hospitality training. No customers no hotel. They are local and would go more often if the service was better. The manager should visit an excellent venue such as Killians Lodge in Mullagh, and take a lesson from them.
