I am a delivery driver and I loved the service they provided me since it was rush hour and they had my order ready in a few seconds even though the establishment was full.
The establishment is very very clean and they serve you well, plus some employees also speak Spanish and help you with the menu.
The online order was messed up in several ways. I will say although it was an inconvenience the store did make things right.
Ordered online got there pick it up. Order wasn’t ready I seen one of the 6 inch sandwiches that I ordered was sitting on the counter exposed well the young man that was working there was making three other sandwiches for somebody that walked in just before I walked in the door, my order was supposed to be ready at 8 PM. I was there at 7:58 PM, the 6 inch was a Turkey. It had to send slices of turkey on the sandwich that was it and cheese foot-long was supposed to been a Philly. I watched him put the meat and cheese on the bread and he was getting ready to put it in the oven when I ask him to put the onions and bell peppers on it, he told me they were out and then he went to start stick it in there still I should know I do not want a Philly without the peppers and onions , I looked at the vegetables and seen they were out of several different items. When I asked for my money back he got rude. I told him to call his manager because I was not leaving without a receipt showing the order was canceled. He told me I had to cancel it online. There’s no way to cancel an order online once it’s been paid for , he called his manager. She came in. She look like she might’ve been 18 years old if that she was very rude and aggressive to she told me I had to cancel the order online. I told her my phone I said there’s no place on here if you could find it and show me how to do it she then went to her cash register and voided the order I will never return to the store again if if this is the way the store is going to be run this is not the first time this is happened. It happened a year ago so I quit going to it then decide to give it another shot. Big mistake. It’s still ran the same way they run out of product and they try to say it’s because they did not get all of their order. Finally got there and they were finished making them the way he was trying to make them with no vegetables on them. I would not have known until I got home. I should’ve been notified that they did not have the proper vegetables to create. Just sandwiches I ordered not harass me and be rude to me when I asked for my money to be returned to me.
