Used to love this little SB kiosk inside Safeway. They had very nice and skilled baristos, it is less than a block from home, super convenient. I always give them 100% tips, every time. Now those people are gone, replaced by robots. I just went there, gave the girl 100% again, not even so much as a Have a nice day... I don 't expect or even hope for an applause or special treatment. I do it because I care and to show that I am a loyal customer who values your hard work and your service. The very least you could do is just say See ya later, or just anything at all. I walked away feeling awkward and unwelcome. Won 't make that mistake again. I have 4 other coffee shops within a block from my house that I can choose from instead.

This Starbucks closes early they post their hours as 6a-7p. I arrived at 6:35pm and the barista keep telling me that they are closed and refused service. Please get a competent employee. Thank

I have come to like this location. Albeit, it's not an official Starbucks by definition; the order time compared to the nearby store is uncomparible. If you're in a hurry, go here for sure!
