After a rather pleasant and super delicious dinner with my mother, I had made a reservation on Valentine 's Day to go out for dinner with my boyfriend at Luciano, with live music. To our great regret, we sat in the separate room at the very back in the corner where there was a lot of commotion and where it was not at all pleasant to sit with two people. When we went to report this, there was no alternative and they even said 'then you should drink a little more '. Our aperitif was brought very hastily and it was not said what the snacks were. Ready to leave then, we decided to give it another chance with the hope that it would calm down a bit once the live band started playing. We almost had to shout to place our order because of all the commotion. Then the live band came on, but... at the sliding window next to the band there was a very noisy table that had decided to close the sliding window and in addition they were still laughing 'we 'll pull the plug soon '. As a result, we could no longer even listen to the live music. Then we decided together to leave. When I went to report this, the woman, irritated, said nothing to me and signaled that the man should solve it. We were prepared to pay for the aperitif and... we had to do so... 16 euros. Nothing further was said when I tried to explain in vain why we were just leaving. I got the feeling of not being understood when the only response was 'today there is live music '... YES, that was also our intention to come and have a quiet meal with live music, but due to circumstances we could not understand each other and even can 't hear the music anymore. At the exit the amount was entered into the Bancontact and we were literally left behind before the payment had been completed. No one came to us anymore and with doubts we just left after payment. Besides the fact that we previously attended a mussel party in a parish hall, the service and customer friendliness that evening was below par. Even though the food during the dinner with my mother was very tasty before, they will no longer see us here at Luciano.
