80% of the time it’s perfect, but every now and then it sucks. 7/4/23 11:30am: Truly terrible. Fundamentally messed up my order, and when I asked about it, they said that that’s how the drink was made. 7/16/23 11:30am: Perfectly made the same exact two drinks that I had ordered on 7/4. I was going to stop coming here completely if they messed it up again, so I’m cautiously optimistic.

Be prepared for your order to be wrong about 90% of the time, and they will still charge you for it. If you visit when it's not busy, you might wait around 20 minutes without saying anything about the mistake, just because it could take another 20 minutes to correct it. Holly is exceedingly rude and consistently makes it seem like my ordering anything is a bother.

I was the second person in line at 7:15 AM and ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. However, when I opened my bag after paying and leaving, I found that my food was burnt to a crisp.

Terrible waiting ten mins for what ? My bread not to be toasted for either Sandwhich. Would not recommend coming here, go somewhere else.
