Hungry Howie's Pizza - Keego Harbor

Workers have terrible customer service. Every time we have placed an order they have failed to acknowledge that they don’t have drivers and we get a tax an hour and a half later with a door Dash delivery driver and the food always comes cold the workers do not even care Oregon knowledge the fact that this is terrible service.

One of my favorite places for the delivery pizza. sure, they are other good pizza places; but what I like about hungry howie’s is an excellent website for ordering (and app can really customize pizza) and if they ask for something special, such as extra toppings, additional crust season, or especially well made pizza they get it. I can't stand to ask for well made pizza other places and not get it. oh, and they can choose to have the old fashion cup style pepporini. great!

First I have to say that I barely leave crooked, but allison with this hungry howies is such a great worker and is very accommodating. unfortunately doordash delivered our food to the wrong house and allison fixed the problem immediately. such great customer service skills and great pizza!

So I ordered pizza from howie online. pizza showed everything well. I forgot an salad. So I went to howie’s, I put my order for salat, and as I stand there, I wait for it. I noticed that the guy who leads the pizza line has brought a handful of something in his mouth and what did not fit in it, he simply throws it back into the line. I found it pretty disgusting and careless. so disappointed.

Horrible service and unapologetic staff. Ordered online an hour ahead of time for lunch. Didn’t arrive for 2+ hours after order. Guy on the phone didn’t care at all. Never again and will tell everyone I know to stay away.
