The service was excellent. The chicken sandwich I had was delicious. However, the small cheeseburger didn't have much meat.
Drive them through forever and eating was just okay. I made our order right, but it didn't seem fresh.
My family and I were rudely treated and made to get away from a worker who wanted us out of the dining room at the top of the hour when the dining room closed. we arrived at 19:40 clock and knew that the dining room was closed at 20 o'clock. in the middle of our meal at the top of the hour, the employee went out of the way to tell us that the dining room is now closed, no one else would allow us to be the last there. in the round, please. we ate and are gone. my family commented that we wished we drove a bit further to culvers where there would be a polite service. this was after the same worker our order was grounded, interpreting “only the sandwich, not a meal” apparently a simple sandwich without toppings to mean. Perhaps there was a communication and speech question in both cases. all the tables were dirty and the bathrooms were ice cold. we will make a point not to return to this Wendy’s.
I had the worst lunch experience today. The burgers were cold and the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was missing bacon, lettuce, and tomato. The fries were old, cold, and stale, and the chicken nuggets were also past their prime and cold. We went in at 10:45, hoping for fresh food. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. I spent $35 and none of us even finished our meals.
