Staff just doesn’t seem happy and not enjoying there job.

Worst cold brew i’ve had from a star bucks. ordered the one with sweet scream and they put a drop of cream in it. this is my go to starbucks drink for the past 5 years, and this is the worst one i’ve had.

I went there on vacation for two days in a row. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew with extra cold foam. The barista forgot the salted part, I told her no need to remake it, I will just take it. So day two I ordered the same thing with two waters, the same barista was work and said this time I won’t forget the salt. Not only did she forget the salt they all forget my waters.

Located just off the Crowne Plaza hotel lobby, this Starbucks was very convenient to grab a coffee and then sit in a comfortable chair in the lobby.Friendly staff!

I asked for a grande, non fat, extrafoamy latte what did I get a grande latte with no foam at all Honest to the Lord they type it on the screen and DO NOT DELIVER IT I really struggle with paying for items that I did not order basically very dissappointed.
