Chipotle Mexican Grill - Kearney

Tried to grab dinner as I was leaving town. Employees had pulled the blinds halfway down. So embarrassing to walk up only to find the door was locked and the employees were sitting right inside the door on their phones. I guess they wanted to take a break which is fine I suppose but then they need to adjust their hours online accordingly. I tried to place an order online but simply couldn?t see waiting 20 minutes when there was literally no one holding them up. ???????

Quick and friendly service so definitely no bad juju to them but holy smokes the price was nuts! It was $20 for ONE burrito. The same burrito I used to get from them was $13 several years ago when I lived in a city with a chipotle. Finally got a chipotle here and I was excited to have it again since been eating at Qdoba since I moved back. The SAME EXACT burrito right now at Qdoba is $12. Guess I?ll be sticking with Qdoba lol. I call it Shitpotle.Worst place ever in my opinion. First experience was in NY and they were spraying cleaner all over the place and taking out pans an hour n half b4 close. the cleaner smell turned me off and the selection looked gross. Gave it a second shot and tried the one here in kearney NE tonight, and again terrible. All i wanted was chips and queso if anything and was told they were out of both. i told the employee this place is just not a great experience he said

Traveling across the country so it was nice to find something we can depend on being fresh and healthy. This particular Chipotle looks pretty new? our only negative comment would be that they moved slower than what we?re used to? but no big deal.

Ordered three sides of chips and dips for the cost of about $23. Was given just one bag of chips. Guac had a peel in it.
