I ordered 4 things of ranch and got absolutely not one thing of ranch. My honey bbq bar pizza was missing bacon, green onions and it was completely burnt. My sons mac and cheese was cold. I reached out under the “orders visits” like they advise and they responded that they’ll share my feedback with the local restaurant offered no actual help- reaching out to them is a waste of time
Mediocre. we had 2 commands of pommes who went with our wings. the frries were delivered 10 minutes before the rest of the meal. our wings were wrong, another 10 minutes waiting for the correct order. had a credit card for 25% off ended with $5 of a $60 order (they do the mathematic.) manager was nice. the food was good when we got it. paid $3 for a shot of **** mary mix to make a red beer. edited to add: I filled up the BWW survey as required in the answer and never heard again.
I wrote reviews! but after home with our food. it was terrible, cold, crispy and hard ridden. two burgers, were completely wronged what we asked for them. we spent 78 dollars to get food, I wouldn't feed my dog. this is the third time that we ate at Kearney's place, and I have to say it has become worse and worse. for the first time we had some problems, but was not too bad. the second time, everything I ordered wasn't on camp. When I got what they had, it wasn't like I ordered it. this time tonight. something has to be fixed in the administration department!
Stopped in the restaurant to have lunch today. Was seated and waited approx 15 minutes and watch at least 3 other couples be seated after us get waited on and receive drinks after they took orders. Asked for the manager and she had very little to say so we departed the restaurant. We usually dine there at least twice a week and will not use the facility again
I usually do not leave reviews but with that said. We live out of town and order takeout often. Almost always missing something, first time got all the way home, called and they did send $10 gift card for missing item and very apologetic. So we check order before we leave now. Today 20 traditional wings missing. The host was quick to go back and notify the manager or supervisor, supervisor did not say one single word to us, brought out wings, gave us a very dirty look, looked in our bag, put the wings in bag, set on counter and walked away. Not one single word, if after I picked up bag and said thank you as she walked away.
