Many vegetables also with good balance of bean sprouts to cabbage. The noodle is really tasteful and not too muddy. Easy to sneak. Remember that part is huge. Sometimes the queue is really long, but it's worth waiting. You're never disappointed.
Just the biggest ramen I've ever eaten! The regular size is easy to double the amount of a normal memory. But it is not only great, but the taste was also excellent. 5 stars
Noodle was extremely thick and starchy which gave it unique texture. Soup was not as thick as I expected. It was actually clear but Soup was boiled too frequently, it was too salty to sip. For ladies, mini-ramen is definitely enough. Sense of accomplishment comes after finishing the bowl is unforgettable.
If you are in the area I highly recommend you checking out this spot. Ultra famous for the jiro lovers. Don't pass up the opportunity to get the mini bowl. The bowl really lacks flavor aside from a salty soy taste. The noodles are boiled at a low temperature for a long time and it gives the noodles this gummy texture just like jiro. Final note... the shop owner will ask you what toppings you want, so be ready!
The portion are way too big. They say that it's okay to not eat everything. Don't they care about food waste? There's no music, it feels like a military cafeteria. You are served by group of 6 so you have to hurry to finish at the same time as the other clients. The meat is almost nothing but fat, it quickly becomes disgusting. I will never come back.
