Mcdonald's - Kawartha Lakes

I've had so many of my orders look like the food in the commercials and of course sometimes I get the meat 40% off the bun and 40% of the cheese stuck to the wrapper as well. However it's usually very good service.

The staff is very friendly and good. They serve very healthy food.

Food was cold. So glad to know we were served food that sat around. Poor service. Order was also missing half and had to go back inside to get the missing items. I can understand high volume times, this was not.

I hate that my phone asks me to rate McDonald's every day just because I live on the same street. McDonald's is great but I don't eat there every day ?

Missing items and order modifications. Just trying to cram as many people through as possible without a second thought. Can’t even get app orders right where it’s all down in front of them, just blatantly taking money out of your pocket. Called to complain right after, but conveniently no one answered the phone.
