I keep encountering unprofessional treatment and subpar food at this restaurant. Different shifts show varying levels of customer care and food preparation quality. There's no excuse to hide behind the "Halal" label. We specifically visited because of that, but after our last few visits, we've decided we won't be returning! Always had a favorite cafe!!! We stopped in for lunch and, to our regret, were horrified. Flies are flying, tables are dirty. The staff speaks rudely to visitors and takes orders with a displeased look. The order included bread that was not ordered. The waiting time is almost an hour, does it really take so long to warm up pilaf and chicken legs. Dumplings brought warm and the meat is far from freshly boiled, it is not clear in this case the waiting time. Chicken fried in old oil, it is impossible to eat. The food is delicious, but the service is a total nightmare. I had to wait about 15 minutes in line to place my order, and then it took another 20 minutes to receive it. That's simply too long.

There are no prices listed. It's expensive, and the portions are small. The lagman is 350 rubles, and for that price, we expected a large plate, but unfortunately, we were served a regular-sized one. On top of that, it was overheated in the microwave and was inedible. The service was also very poor. Moreover, the restroom is paid and dirty.

The order was delivered quickly, and most importantly, it was very tasty, just like home-cooked food. We really enjoyed it!
