Well a chocolate shake should be chocolate not vanilla and for me having to wait about 20 minutes the burgers should have been hot. This is their vanilla shake. It only take seconds to mix up.
It is an excellent place, the customer service is the best but they are terrible with the employees, they pay them a miserable salary and they are well prepared, the food is expensive, unlike McDonalds and other places, but they pay the employees $9 an hour and the Very demanding managers are no good, that's why I didn't go back to that place after seeing the treatment they give to the employees, I left them one star for the bad treatment of the employees and the abuse.
Although the food is always good at this location, many of the younger cashiers here tend to be very shy. However, on my most recent visit, I sat my family in a corner booth and could hear an employee on break, in a flannel overshirt, screaming profanities in their conversation from across the dining area. This did not ruin my experience, but it was definitely very unprofessional. I later learned the young man's name was Isreal after hearing another employee. I would like it if there was some form of a disciplinary measure for instances like this. We are at a restaurant with our family we shouldn't have to worry about our children being exposed to this kind of language while eating, especially on Easter.
At 1145am took less than 5 mins to get to meals. The fries were cold and stale and the bun was so over cook it was hard as a brick. Very disappointing
