Teriyaki Madness - Katy

I ordered NO TERIYAKI and guess what they gave me? Yup! The service was outstanding. Just wish I could have eaten what ordered. Personally I did not like their egg rolls but I'm very picky about my egg rolls. Guess I gotta try something different.

The cashier black lady)was very unwelcoming and wasn’t pleasant to see customers. Said our order and she would talk but in a low and fast voice. She does not look like she is happy for this job and came of rude. I have been to another location and the atmosphere is better! I recommend the one by i10 and Westgreen.

Update on my last review: I came back and the same girl at the counter was there. I came to pick up my order and she was on the side counter. Asked my name and told me to come get it. As I was checking my order someone of a different race came and she walked further then I was and gave them there order. Very racist. Another black woman was there and the order was wrong and she was rude. I have not had racist treatment in years. It's 2023 they need to get rid of her. I can't believe this! And my chicken was pink but I won't be coming back and will be post on other social media about this place. I think her name is Katie...Do better

The food is very good, but the only thing that place is missing, is better customer service.

Great service! The young lady that attended me was very helpful.Her name is Luvi. She was very helpful and explained the menu for me. The place is very Clean, food smells really good.
