Sucking Good Crawfish More - Katy

We’ve wasted time and gas 2 times going to the restaurant only for it not to be open. I’m very aware of its hours of operation. There’s a number to call for pick up orders but no one answers.

I drove all the way there and arrived at 6:09 PM, only to find out that they weren't open despite claiming to open at five. It was a complete waste of my time and gas. I decided to go to 7 Spices instead.

Unfortunately, I didn't receive my order, so this isn't really a food review. However, I must say that their customer service was disappointing! I intended to place an order for pickup after work to check out the atmosphere for a future visit, but I was completely deterred by the lack of customer service from the two ladies behind the bar/counter.

My turkey necks weren't fresh, and they had only been sitting out for a couple of hours. I didn't receive my complete order; I was supposed to get 2 potatoes, 2 corns, and 2 eggs, but I only got 1 of each! One of the eggs even still had a cracked shell, and the eggshell was all mixed in with the bag of turkey necks.

I wanted to like this place but i was so disappointed. The service was terrible. The food was mediocre. They played good music but the dining experience was not impressive. Especially for a place that you're buying crab and spending good money. It's okay to come for a beer or drink to hear music, but I wouldn't expect a lot of the food or service. Again, I wanted to like and support this place. Bummed at the disappointment.
