I went there today and no one spoke ENGLISH!!! I couldn’t believe it. I tired my best to use google translate but it just became too complicated, so I left. How do you have a restaurant in a prominent English speaking area and only have people working in there that does not speak English.
I want a falafel sandwich, but I couldn't find it in houston's Subway... but I ate it in newyork ,it was super delicious...plz add some vegetarian sandwiches. ?
If I could leave 0 star I would , came in to get a sandwich to be greeted by a lady who was cleaning up the food around counter with no gloves and waited patiently for her to assist me and instead of being helped by her a man come from cleaning bathrooms and didn’t change gloves or wash hands before touching paper for sandwiches , after paper was placed he switched gloves but didn’t wash hands …. I feel hygiene could be improved ESPECIALLY after cleaning a public restroom!
I had a terrible experience with Subway and its app. I had placed an order and paid for it through the app, but it was closed when I arrived at this store. The Subway app did not update the store hours, which caused me a lot of frustration and inconvenience.I emailed Subway customer service to request a refund, but I did not receive any response. I even tried calling the store, but they didn't answer. The customer service phone number was unavailable on the homepage, and I could not connect to them.I am highly disappointed with the poor customer service provided by Subway, and I hope they can improve their services.
