Subway - Katy

I have been coming to this location for 3 years now. It was not until a new manager, who touts her many years of service with subway, started working at this location that I felt motivated to leave a review. She creates an atmosphere that is adversarial if one deviates from what she understands as the norm for construction of a sandwich or salad bowl. She is honestly rude, and she turns what should be a straightforward, simple transaction into an interaction that gives me hesitate the moment before I walk in the door; I ask myself “could I eat elsewhere to avoid contact with this person?”

I came to eat here earlier this week and let me start by saying that Isella and Isabella are absolute rockstars at their job! ? They are not only quick and efficient, but they also have such a friendly and kind demeanor that makes every visit to Subway a delight. They are fast in preparing your order, ensuring that you get your delicious sandwich in time. And let me tell you, their attention to detail is spot on! You can trust them to make your sandwich exactly the way you like it. Their positive energy brightens up your day. Their quickness, efficiency, and friendly nature make them an absolute joy to interact with at Subway. If you're in the mood for a tasty sandwich and an amazing customer experience, definitely visit this Subway. You won't be disappointed! ???

Pathetic experience service from Teresa on Spring Green Subway . She has no patience and don’t know how to receive customers .. No soft skills at all absolutely zero for her

Good location, I order on the app and it’s always ready when they say it will be. Always prepped properly and well made. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to.Restaurant it self is clean and well taken care of.

The tuna wasn't all that,it was very bland.The chocolate chip cookies were fresh they didn't have a very good selection of chips on display.Parking: It's in a strip mall location with other businesses so they all share the parking lot.
