Starbucks - Katy

I’m Normally okay with coming to this location but today I felt so uncomfortable. There was two employees and I am guess one was in training and the one training her was yelling at her and just overall being very rude to her. She also was talking very rude about her higher up that just made things more uncomfortable. The day was 4.23.23 around 12pm

Don 't go to this location if you like the nitro cold brew.You will be told various reasons why it can 't be made.1) Nitro machine broken2) Barista argued that I never said 'nitro '3) Just fixed machine but it 's not brewed3) Nitro machine broken again, but then story changed to the 'manager doesn 't show us how to hook it up '.Seems like they just don 't want to make it.Won 't be going back to this location.
