Smashburger - Katy

I had a short amount of time for lunch, but I found the location to be comfortable. The dining room was clean and well-lit, and my brief interaction with the staff was pleasant. They were polite and attentive. The food arrived quickly and looked appetizing. The burger was hot and the fries were crispy, just as I had hoped. I ordered the classic single burger with Smash Fries. I plan on returning to see if my next visit will meet the high standard set during this visit!

I have visited this restaurant a few times and, although the food is consistently delicious, the wait can be quite frustrating. It has taken a while for both placing an order and receiving the food on the past occasions I was there. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the recent BOGO .12 Burger Deal promotion! It was great to finally have a traditional bacon and cheese burger option, instead of having to customize one.

I always enjoy coming to Smashburger. The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is consistently clean.

The first time Smashbugers tried and I loved it. Very clean, friendly service and fresh healthy options. Will return.

I look forward to smash burger everytime I visit family in Katy. It never disappoints Highly recommended
