Proper Rose Garden - Katy

I’ll keep the original review but I’ll never be back after today. Came to work, brought a laptop. The lady refused to give me a larger table although they had plenty available. I ordered tea in a pot and a cake. There was zero space for the tea, I happened to spill it all over myself and the laptop. The lady didn’t offer tissues so I could clean, so I used paper towels from the restroom, cleaned my table and left. My laptop isn’t working because tea got on it.And here was my original review:I had a weekend of really bad customer service after exploring coffee shops in the area. And this place is super nice and the women who work here are amazing. Rose tea is delicious. I was so happy that nobody was rude to me, it was a great experience.

Nice locally own budget friendly high tea spot. The owner was very knowledgeable and loved what he was doing. They handled timing perfectly with us even though they had some large parties (8+ all showing up at the same time. They were very accommodating and kind. And all the recommended choices were so good. I'll be back for sure.Kid-friendliness: It's very cute for a girl's tea party. They were having one while I was ther, and the little girls looked like they were having so much fun.

Omg where to begin, everything was just so amazing!! The food, the service, the ambience!!! I was there the other day with my sister and it was our first time there. We could not stop talking about the place it was so good. Our server Diana was also the sweetest!! 10/10, we will be back????

I came here some fam (lots of nieces) visiting from out of town. There’s a wide range of food that covered the bases for a large group. I’m more of an afternoon tea traditionalist so wished there was more of a classic version available. Nonetheless, everyone had a great time.

They have the BEST tea! We had them prepare a large order of food and tea for a tea party themed baby shower I had in May. All my guests love the food and the tea. It was amazing! The owner is so nice and made sure we got everything we wanted and it was perfect. The vintage cream tea is my favorite. I literally could not stop drinking it. If the place was closer to my house I'd probably stop by and get tea there every day! Also I think it's great they offer different levels of sweetness of their teas to suit each person's preference.
