Mariscos Mar Azul - Katy

Waitress was ok. One took my order and brought my drink chips and salsa and another brought my food. She forgot the limes and more tarter sauce. Always gotta have lemons or limes with seafood and always gotta have tarter sauce with fried seafood. Nobiggie. I got her attention and asked for some. Had the fried shrimp and fish. Shrimp breading had too much dough and fish had aweird and earthy taste. I ate the shrimp without the breading and did not eat all of the fish. The beans were ok and the Mexicanrice was not Mexican rice. perhaps I'll give it another try and have something else the next time I'm in town.

Immaculately clean. Staff was cleaning when I arrived at 11 am. (High level of detail) free small quest brought with salsa rojo. Red sauce is spicy but delicious. I like hot sauce to be hot. Food was on point and very flavorful. Wait staff did. It speakEnglish well or at all. Not a problem for me. Just be advised This is Houston Texas (metroplex are). You should be able tospeak some Spanish. At least to order food.

Disappointed with the overall experience. Margaritas were good. Ceviche was okay... but not worth the price. Kids ordered enchiladas and the cheese inside wasn't melted and just had nacho cheese poured over the top. Language barrier was definitely anissue. Probably won't be going back.

I would never eat a hamburger here. This was the Fresh juicy hamburger they sold me . The French fries hard and burnt. I went back to show the manager. She didn?t offer To rectify the issue so she decided to give me the money back.

Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my meal at the restaurant. I ordered Enchiladas Michoacanas and told them twice I wanted filled with cheese they decided to ignore my request and just add cheese as a topping with empty tortillas. If you dare to go expect along wait for your meal and stay on the Sea Food Menu.
