Main Squeeze Juice Co - Katy

Unfortunately, we will not be returning. We ordered online this evening, expecting our food to be ready in 15 minutes. After arriving on time, I waited an additional 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence, only to discover that my order hadn't even been entered into the system yet. I also observed one staff member switch from mopping to food preparation without washing her hands. When I finally received my order, some items were missing, requiring me to wait once more while they prepared the missing items. By the time we sat down to eat, we found a significant amount of frozen, unblended fruit in our bowls. I would have been more forgiving if the restaurant had been busy, or if there had been any indication from the staff that they were aware I was there. Waiting over 25 minutes inside the restaurant after having spent $45 for a less-than-satisfactory meal was truly disappointing.

The juice here is fantastic, but I've noticed that every time I spend over $10 on juice, I don't receive any sweepstakes cards. It seems like your employees are keeping them for themselves!

My Current Review:When we first moved to the area we loved Main Squeeze. We made weekly trips and each week our transactions totaled about $180-240. As time progressed the quality of the juices went down. Initially it was just out of stock products, but then we began to get several juice that were spoiled days before their printed bottle date. We have gone back randomly on 5 occasions to try them out again hoping things are back to the way they were, but unfortunately no such luck. I visited a few days ago and decided to try them out again by purchasing 6 juices and about 7 or 8 cure shots. Well sadly only one juice was drinkable. Not only did we waste our money, but we had never had this many bad products in one trip. The cure shots have also changes again as they didnt taste fresh. Three of the juices began to fizz like a shaken soda when I opened it (Vitality), one juice has a very bitter rotten taste (although the bottle indicated it needs to be sold by tomorrow (6/5/23). We aren't angry just very disappointed. Unsure if this is happening because of the high turnover or just faulty protocol but its unacceptable. Such a shame because we really liked this place. The green protein smoothie was our favorite.My Review From a Year Ago:Love this place. I go every week to refill on juices to support my intermittent fasting. Friendly service every time!

Aida was so helpful this morning. She made my bowl and got my juice very efficiently. I am always weary of time so early in the day but she exceeded my expectations. I will be back!
