Los Cucos Mexican Cafe - Katy

Definitely not my favorite Los Cucos (which is in old Katy), this is by Katy Mills and not impressive at all. When we first arrived, we hoped to sit outside (it was 7 a.m.) and was told that it was not open. When they sat, our waitress came up and gave no name. (We found it on the receipt and it was a woman named Cecilia) and the service was simply not ready, unfortunately. I spilled my drink and only had napkins to clean it. She barely checked us and had very little interaction with us. And the food was subpar.. what WAS was good was the drinks and a busboy called Javier. He was helpful and attentive. Will not return to this place.

Best happy hour specials $3.49 Margaritas. The combo platter we got for 2 was plenty and very good. The Guac could be better. Will definitely keep coming back for happy hour

Amazing Avocado ? stuffed with beef ?.. Keto friendly food.. I loved ? it. One hundred ? percent recommend this place.. Staff were little unfriendly but hey we all have those days..

Lunch special was pretty good Pollo guisado and was full. The 3 flour tortillas were fresh and soft. Chips fresh and both salsa were fresh Chimichanga could be a bit more fried, but woman said it was good.

Chips salsa were delicious! The green sauce taste homemade! I liked the combo dish I got with the different meats. The only thing I didn?t like was the sausage as it was very salty.
