Jersey Mike's Subs - Katy

The store was very clean and the staff was super nice. I 'm from NY so Jersey Mike 's is like getting a sandwich back home . I 've never had a sandwich from this store that I didn 't like. The meat cheese is always fresh sliced in front of you. The staff in the late afternoon on 7/7/23 was truly super awesome. They all get 5 stars too! Service: Dine in

We love Jersey Mike’s, anytime we are near one we stop because we don’t have them in our town. This was the first time we didn’t have good experience. The lady that was working was so unorganized. She didn’t ask what my husband wanted on his sandwich, so he got it mikes way which he didn’t want. He asked them to remove everything and she got an attitude about it. I don’t recommend this location. She definitely needs more training in a busy situation.

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike 's. Maybe I went on the wrong day, wrong time, or just maybe I was wrong for stepping foot inside, but the only time I was recognized was when I asked for assistance. (Hey, it was my first time there). I stood at the front, no Welcome or anything, but they saw me walk in. As I looked around lettuce was everywhere, the ambiance was not too happy looking. I asked the cashier to share how this works. He said while pointing Place your order down there then pay here. If you get a hot sub place your order then walk back up here. Ok, I thought let me follow directions. Placing my order: This kind man leaned over and smiled.. What can I get for you today? I 'll have a #17 pls. I replied. This person was so kind, honestly I should of got his name for the shout out. Once I walked back to the front the young lady stated my name, handed the sandwich. I shared with the cashier that I wanted a combo. Chips and drink? He asked while looking around. The cashier, rung me up, tossed coins in my hand.. This was my face . . Then slide my sandwich on the counter, with the chips. May, I have a bag? I asked. Yeah, want one with handles? He then gave me the bag and went to the next guest.

Jersey Mike's managers knowingly make and sell subs with squirt bottle components in them that can choke you and admit to it when confronted. Yes, that is a rubber gasket seal from the Chipotle mayo squirt bottle and the manager admitted to seeing it on my sandwich and leaving it there. He laughed and said he remembered it clearly and saw it fall into my sandwich, but assumed it was onion. Never mind that it's not translucent like sautéed onions look and it was also perfectly round and not limp like a piece of sautéed onion. He didn't think to bother to pick up the piece to confirm it was or wasn't onion. Instead, he left it on my sandwich and gambled with my life. Sadly and disgustingly, the item did make it into my mouth, but I noticed it before swallowing it.

Meka and her fellow staffers were amazing! Very pleasant and clean area. Love the welcoming vibe they provide! Thank you for all your hard work! Our #1 Jersey mikes spot!!
