Grimaldi's Pizzeria - Katy

Great first visit. our waitress was very attentive. the pizza was amazing. we built our own tradition. the only negatiw is that it took too long. they focus more on the call in orders than the customers who park, come and in the din. literal 45 minutes before we ate. very beautiful in the inner.

I guess the top management hasn't visited this location lately. we thought they had redeemed with a recent visit after we had a bad experience on our first visit....I don't think so. first they tell us at the arrival that the empty table is reserved by four behind the hostess. then try to explain that reservations are only for parties of eight....uh, this table is for four. Rosemary gimlet we ordered could also have been a sonic lime decoration. to take the pizza next to forever, says all that. and instead of the manager who brings it to our table to apologize for the huge hole, he let it our server to explain it. then the manager tried to explain that the mix of greener and red sauce made the pizza flocky when it was taken from the often. remember that we have been ordering it so for years without an accident. they offered a free small pizza, maybe next time try to send it without the big canyon. obtw, our server offered a great customer service and wish I could only rate it to give it higher brands. that we will not return to this place.

Write a little late this review. a few months ago ordered 12 pizzas for a birthday party and mentioned in the order that the pickup was time-specific. I'm here and he's been ready to go. I appreciate how the restaurant was. everyone has enjoyed the pizza! comes back definitiw.

Moved to the Katy area, try to find a good pizza place, so far this place beats all other places in katy. very friendly staff also.

Hi everyone I have came to place for first time as my sister suggested to go this placeI for the dinner with family yesterday(mother?s day).nice food and awesome service.but only thing frustrating was temperature inside is really hot ? and mentioned our concern to Waitr but that doesn?t help anyway.as kids are feeling so hot we couldn?t able to spend some time in dinner,felt really bad for my choice.
