Firehouse Subs Henry St - Katy

I come here all the time, fantastic place with great employees. Whoever the manager was today when I went in around 1pm was terrible.She refused to acknowledge anyone, was incredibly rude to the line employees, and then when I went to the front after waiting almost 40 minutes for my order (not the issue at all, they were very busy), she looked at me then actively scraped another employee off on me without saying a word to me.The man I spoke to was incredibly nice, and I wasn't even upset, but that management style is totally unsustainable. Like just say something, that's your entire job.Shoutout to the rest of the team though, you guys are always solid.

First time there. Food was great. Nice menu and nice staff.

The staff was friendly and polite. They were quick as they can be with a full house.I had my usual the Italian sub!!! Love the sub!!!!

We had a terrible experience with the customer service. Our order was completely wrong, and we were missing half of what we requested. The soup was just a cup full of potatoes, and the sandwiches looked like a messy pile of ingredients shoved into bread—with hair in it! My husband even went to the restaurant with the incomplete order just minutes after it was delivered, but they said there was nothing they could do to help. We will definitely not be ordering from them again!

The food is consistently excellent, the restaurant is spotless, and the service is always outstanding. You can’t go wrong with Firehouse Subs!
