However, another 30 minutes later, we received the same representative on the line, stating that our order was still being bagged! After a total wait time of two hours, our pizza finally arrived cold and tasted worse than shoe leather. The only bright spot was the delivery driver, who apologized and wished us a Merry Christmas. We certainly won't be making this mistake again! (Great job, delivery guy!)

We’ve given this Domino's more chances than they really deserve. About 70% of the time, the pizza seems to be premade and simply reheated after adding the toppings. I just picked up an order that looked like it was a day old. The employee denied it, of course, but I couldn't eat more than half a slice. Occasionally, they manage to make a good pizza that tricks us into thinking their quality has improved, but most of the time, it's just the same reheated pizzas. It's terrible.

Domino’s pizza is consistently delicious and fresh. One thing I really appreciate about Domino’s is their commitment to customer satisfaction. If there’s ever an issue with your order or if it doesn’t meet your expectations, they go above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure that the customer leaves happy. Now that’s what I call exceptional customer service!
