Przekaż informację zwrotnąShowed up on Saturday 10/1/22 to grab some lunch. Walked in and there was already 7 people waiting, the hostest said 15-20 minutes to be seated. As we waited at least 10 more people arrived. There was many open seats in restaurants and bar but theywould seat in those areas. The hottest kept coming back saying sorry for the wait. She then said she was going to talk to themanager. The manager told her still not to sit anyone and she apologized again. The restaurants appears to be severely understaffed either in kitchen or wait staff. We waited 30 minutes and they still hadn't seated the groups prior to us, we were onlytwo people. While everyone waits I see them continue to take to go ordered one after another and not tending to the customersin their building. The restaurant lost many customers who ended up walking out after waiting well after the estimated theirtimes told. Just be honest from the start so people don't waste theit time based on a unrealistic time given. I wouldn'trecommend this place, seems like management doesn't have a good pulse on taking care of their customers.
Avoid this location! We waited 35MIN without anyone coming to our tables to greet us or even get our drink/food order! I could see the host just staring at us as well as the bus boy but NEVER went to get a waiter for us! Ridiculous! We had 3 crying babieswaiting to eat wasted 35MIN waiting to b served! We left! Without getting a damn drink!!!! Worst chilis I?ve ever been withall young teens who don?t care working there!!! Too bad for them because we are great tippers!
Absolute worst service I have ever experience. Took my father for dinner and we arrived before 6:00. The restaurant wasn 't busy but it still took 15 to get our teas. We ordered food at the same time we order drinks and 50 minutes later we still didn 't have our food. We had ordered a half rack of ribs and a salad and the restaurant wasn 't busy so there was no reason for food to take so long. After 50 minutes the waitress came out to confirm what we ordered and said that our food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. At this point it was obvious that our food order was never put into the kitchen so we just got up and left. I will never eat at Chili 's again. This location is a joke so don 't waste your time or money.
Placed my to go order before 6:30 pm and was notified that it was ready by 6:52 pm. I checked in at that time and didn 't get my order until almost 20 minutes later. The ziosk didn 't work, so the staff member went inside to get another one. She even mentioned ugh these ziosks are what 's holding us back . Another lady came out and told me I had two options. Either to give her my card or scan the code. I told her at this point take my card because I 've been waiting too long. She chuckled and said ok ma 'am . They got busy attending to go customers inside who got there AFTER me and received their food before me. I used to work at Chili 's and let me just say the lack of customer service here for to go orders was embarrassing. There was no apology for the delay of the food, but there was an apology for the delay in payment LOL. Overall, I 'm disappointed with my experience tonight. Fries are dead and I 'm pretty sure my food is dead too. Thanks CHILIS for making my families night disappointing.
Chilis used to be great. Having worked over a decade for the company, I say that with confidence. I moved on a few years ago because it was apparent that they did not care about taking care of the guests as they have in the past. My son grew up going to Chili 's it was his favorite. So against better judgment we went this evening. The bartender/server was quick to take our order but not attentive. She schooled me on my margarita order 14 year chilihead) . She did not write our order down and my order was wrong. Not the end of the world, but disappointing especially because she did not come back until after I decided I had eaten it even though it was incorrect. She became attentive when it was time to pay. In her defense, I saw no manager and no other coworker attempting to help. I just don 't think there is an emphasis on hospitality at Chili 's anymore...it comes from the top. How disappointing.
