Chick-fil-a - Katy

Shout to Rebecca work the drive thru windows today. I'm gonna go into the window and realize my wallet isn't in my purse. She let me have my food and told me not to worry. I told her I'd come back to pay for my food. Well, I returned to pay, and they wouldn't take my money. I'm always amazed at the kindness that they show people even if it's a stupid mistake. Thank you. Chick Fil a for a part of the neighborhood.

Always clean and always the friendly customer service. I would like to thank you very much for being with the driving crew this morning when I realized that I had left my wallet at home while waiting to pay for my meal. After he apologized to the staff at the window to waste his time, he decided to give me the chicken biscuit anyway. Things like these are why I will always support Chick-fil-A. I'll be back in the morning to get a few more! Thank you for my breakfast and thank you for being a great company!

Most friendly employees. Always walking around and checking if you need anything. Tuesday Family Nights are awesome. They also have such great crafts/events for kids. Sweet Honey the Clown is so great!

Love CFA Cinco! First as a guest and now as an employee. I have been on both sides and I am absolutely amazed with the amazing service I received (before anyone even knew me) and that hospitality training as an employee. We definitely try to go above and beyond for our guests. Tons of great people that work together to make Chick-fil-A Katy great!!
