It was clean and the seats were comfortable. They were out of one of the beers my wife wanted, unfortunately, butotherwise it was a good time. We will go back.
Update. Alamo asked for my contact info so they can reach out to me. I emailed them from their website site over a week ago and have heard nothing back from them. We love Alamo and have always had a good experience. Today was not good. We got there 30minutes before our movie. Our waitress showed up right away and took our drink orders. We finally got our beverages 39 minuteslater and she was no where to be seen. Our entire row had our little lights on for her to come take our food order. Shefinally showed up, took the entire rows orders while the movie was about 15 minutes in. All of us were there before the moviestarted. We finally got our food in the last 20 minutes of the movie. (It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our food) It seemedas if our food had sat under the heating lamp for a while, one of our sandwiches was hard on top and soggy on the bottom, thepizzas weren?t good, not sure what they?ve done. Their crust used to be very good. Not so much today. We rushed to finish ourmeals. There?s only a 10 minutes turn around to get you out of the theater. Not sure what happened today. Short staff? Onlysaw our waitress a few times. Order drinks, order food and take our credit card, drop off our bill Not the normal for Alamo. Hopefully just a bad day. Not ordering pizza again which is sad, it used to be so good.
Our first time at the theater. The employees were great and food was good. I think the theater needs an refresh. Example Tables should slide closer to the person. We reserved 2 seats online in a row with no seats sold at the time of reservation. Threepeople sat right next to us and the rest of the row was empty. Was not a good experience. We?ll stay with Cinemark and Starcinema.
Have been coming here for a few years now. Very comfortable space, love the preorder of tickets and seating options. They have at seat food and drink services ?? and the food and drinks are always high quality, I'd like to recommend there cookie shake,and their bottomless popcorn ? but all their food is delicious, the pizzas, the chicken wings, the cauliflower Buffalo bite'syum yum yum ???? the only thing that feels slightly tricky is when you begin to sit down in your seat, sometimes you feel likeyou're in an airplane, because the trays don't retract, maybe that should become an option for when the movies Begin.... I'dalso like to request the matcha smoothie with sesame cookie to return, that pairing was heavenly, bring it back y'all???????????????????? there's also a really good Eat in bar and they have an outside patio for if you're wanting to hang aroundafterwards or before your future starts
? where do I even start. First time at this theatre and it was not a good experience at all. Bought tickets online usually you get an e ticket to skip the line when you arrive and go straight to the theatre (kinda the point). Not the case here. Bought my tickets online. Paid a convenience fee for each ticket to do so then still had to stand in line when I got there to give them my confirmation code so they could print a ticket for me. Makes zero sense. Get to the theatre there are no menus. Seats are dirty. There?s an odd mold smell. When we finally do order food EVERYTHING was wrong. We ordered fries. They came out cold like cold cold so we asked them to heat them up?2 minutes later they brought them out colder than before. Our hot wings were just plain wings. Asked for wing sauce on the side and they brought it out 30 min later. Just one little single oz serving. Our wings were cold at that point. The servers were rude. We couldn?t enjoy the movie at all so we left halfway through. Maybe they were having an off day I don?t know. I went because of the good reviews but was so confused once I got there.
