Cashier handed me wrong order, when I let her know she said it's cause all I said was I was there for an online order. I responded with you could have asked my name. She blew me off with a loud thank you. She must be the manager cause she can get away with bad service. If your a Leslie and your missing fries, I apologize. Started picking at what I thought was my food on the way to my truck until I realized I had the wrong order. I ate most of what I could reach.
Took over an hour to get my food. I placed my order online. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes for someone to even address me. 1 person coming. 3 standing around and 1 outside smoking. Then after I was finally addressed I was told my order would be another 20 minutes. No one has even looked at the orders. Off she would have addressed me and others in line you wouldn’t have to keep dropping chicken every few minutes. Awful
Long wait for my order 20+ minutes. Poor management.
2pc chicken and mashed tatos were delicious. The 6pc honey bbq wings were so spicy that I couldn't even finish the first wing.
The food was fresh but there were only about 5 orders in the restaurant and we waited 20 minutes. Good thing I parked my truck and not stayed in the fuel isle.
