Went tonight, waited forever just to get home to undercooked chicken and small fry proportions. Always something with this location, highly not recommended. Staff is always friendly though!
Got my order wrong three times then waited nearly an hour for a grilled filet with scrambled eggs.
Demonte B not only gave exceptional service, he also walked all the way to the highway to give me a serving spoon for my fruit order. Tuscaloosa does not deserve you sir! Well done.
Every. Single. Time. I order a large fry in the last 2 months it comes out like this, barely half full. It’s ridiculous. I started ordering a medium because I’m fairly certain that you get more in that container than the large. I tried to get a large today and was disappointed, yet again. Absolutely ridiculous.
