Tibet Kitchen - Katoomba

I went here tonight with the expectation that I would be able to order four different things, as indicated by their menu. While this turned out to be true, the menu said that vegan options were available beyond what was specifically listed. I enquired, and was offered a filled pancake with corn (this is how it was described). When it arrived, two large fried eggs were inside, and when I asked why they were there, the server said that she believed vegans ate eggs. In my mind, this called into question their entire vegan menu, and while I could not convince the staff member that vegans don't eat eggs, she did not charge me for the dish.

There's a new restaurant in Katoomba that features a variety of clearly labeled vegan options. The momos are incredible! The staff is also very friendly and warm.

Delicious momos! You can choose between potato momos or veggie momos. I plan to try more options next time, like noodles and rice.

Excellent service, tasty food, and a straightforward location. They offer vegan options too. Definitely worth a visit!
