The Lounge At Lilianfels Blue Mountains

Excellent high tee, service was great! the facility and the room is amazing!

Our main courses (beef cheek, Angus steak, salmon) were alright: at this price unimaginative and way too much fat on the meet (this wasn 't marbling any more). The desserts were absolutely excellent. The service was a bit slow, but polite and subdued as it should be at this sort of place. The ambience was very pleasant IF you 're someone in his/her later middle age and don 't care for noise, vulgarity, and scantily dressed people. In short: ambience and dessert great, service OK, main entrees mediocre.

Old world charm in luxurious surroundings, served with the sophistication and graciousness of an era sorely missed. Everything was easy, including access into and around the Hotel. The staff were flexible, polite and eager, to make our New Year's Celebration special. The food in our High Tea, was mostly savoury and served on an elegant three-tiered platter arrangement. The price was extremely great value given the number of sumptuous savouries and petite fours. We even had some of this goodness to take home with us. Well worth the visit.

The lounge's quiet ambience, comfort attentive staff make it the perfect venue for a long lunch.

Great amount of food with wonderful teas. Would recommend.
