Ta Mezedakia - Katerini

We stopped for lunch after a hike at Olympus. Host was extremely friendly and talkative. She also gave us beach recommendations! I am a native Greek and I can assure you this food is authentic, fresh and delicious! Try with good retsina (dry Greek white wine) it’s heavenly! My son had loukaniko (sausage) and I had the garides saganaki (shrimp with cheese) and htapodi (grilled octopus). Amazing!!!

Amazing food and service, this restaurant is run by a local family and keeps up the traditions in town! After spending a few years in Greece now I can spot the good places to eat, and this is one of them.
