After being extremely disappointed with the food at Bobbejaanland last year, which mainly focused on fries, we were pleasantly surprised this time around! During our visit to the fries and burger restaurant SANTA FE, we discovered a delicious vegetarian option called the "beyondburger menu," allowing us to enjoy a vegan meal. Although there was no cheese included, there was no further information provided on what toppings were present. The website described it as a vegetarian option. Right across the street, we found a pasta bar called COUNTRY COOKOUT, offering a vegan pasta sauce! Unfortunately, we planned to dine there at night but found out it was closed after 6 pm. You can view photos for support. Despite not being able to try it, we appreciate the effort to evolve and offer more vegan options. It was definitely an improvement compared to our experience at Plopsaland. Although Dominos didn't have a vegan pizza option, we were able to enjoy the veggie options such as margarita and fungi. We decided to visit the nearest Dominos in the area, where we purchased two vegan pizzas to enjoy during our stay.
Yes, the park is beautiful and attractive. However, the food is terrible. It's like a bad McDonald's with no vegan options other than french fries.
To start, the park is lovely, but this review is focused on the vegan food available there. Unfortunately, the options are limited and not very vegan-friendly. There isn't much more than fries with curry on offer. I would recommend bringing your own food if you're looking for a more satisfying meal.
If you're looking to grab a bite to eat at Bobbejaanland, be sure to try their delicious fries. I always bring my own lunch when visiting, but I couldn't resist getting some fries tonight.
